The total area of the plaza is 51912sqm.
投資估算與資金來源:項目估算總投資1.2億美元,其中拆遷占地補償0.4億美元,開發(fā)商業(yè)用房0.8億美元。
Investment Estimation and Source of Fund: the total investment for the project is USD120million, of which USD40million is dismantling fund and USD80million is for developing commercial sections.
市場分析:縣城是全縣政治經(jīng)濟文化活動中心,縣城常住人口在10萬人以上,商業(yè)開發(fā)剛剛起步,市場潛力較大。
Market Analysis: Luanping is capital of all county with regard to political, economic and cultural activities. The permanent resident population is over 100,000. The commercial development just begins. Therefore, the potential is quite promising.
