Fast-forward some 150 years and the fully modernised network extends to 11 colour-coded lines,270 stations,and stretches 400km in length. The Tube,as it’s locally known,is the quickest way to get around London. A round-the-clock Night Tube service operates on selected lines during Fridays and Saturdays. Overground As the name suggests,the Overground travels above ground and links suburban areas in London.
