Molly is a Nurse Care Manager for the Behavioral Health Home at REACH Health Services
and a former student board member of SOURCE. Molly grew up in

SOURCE family. Before moving to

Molly connected with community organizations in DC that informed her perspective on health disparities and inspired
her to become an advocate for patients who have largely been underserved by the health care system. At REACH, Molly
works with individual patients and also on a population-based level to combat the stigmatization of patients with Ahistory of substance use. She supports patients with multiple chronic conditions and helps them to manage their health
through empowerment and education, as well as through whole-person care. Molly is dedicated to providing highquality,
compassionate, patient-centered care and to overcoming the health inequities, racism, and poverty that

Reverend Vaile Leonard is the Founder/CEO of The Light of Truth Center, has been in the
recovery process for the past 22 years and has volunteered in several community service

six-month transitional and long-term independent housing phases. The program helps women achieve sobriety

• Jubilee Arts: A comprehensive art program that offers alternatives to the dangers of drugs and violence in the
community through art classes and projects that serve over 2,000 people annually.
• As a musician, Marcus is a bass clarinetist, composer, and bandleader. He is one of the few jazz artists worldwide
to focus exclusively on use of the bass clarinet as a solo instrument. He actively leads several ensembles
including his Todd Marcus Jazz Orchestra, Quartet, Trio, and Duo and performs both nationally and
internationally.

Rebekah Lin Meyer is the Director of Community Outreach and Volunteerism with Living
Classrooms Foundation. Living Classrooms is a nonprofit organization that strengthens
communities and inspires young people to achieve their potential through hands-on
education and job training, using urban, natural, and maritime resources as “living
classrooms.” Rebekah joined Living Classrooms in 2013 as part of the Development
Department. In her current role, she manages all of Living Classrooms’ volunteers, interns, and corporate
partnerships/days of service. Partnerships with individual volunteers, area businesses, schools, and universities play Acrucial role in ensuring that programs have the support they need to effectively serve children and families. These

Academy (WSA) since September 2006. Ms. Phelps is employed by the Social
Work Community Outreach Service (SWCOS) program of The University of
social work interns and to implement the Community School model at WSA, Apublic charter elementary school in Upper Fells Point which serves a high-poverty, mostly immigrant population. Using
public schools as hubs, community schools bring together many partners - such as SOURCE! - to offer a range of
supports and opportunities to children, youth, families and communities. The integrated focus on academics, health and
social services, youth and community development and community engagement leads to improved student learning,
